Sport has always been very important for me.
Initially I come from dance. To dance means to me: to feel the moment, to surrender me to the music with passion and to move according to the rhythm.

Climbing, for me, is very similar:
It’s like a dance of the vertical. The very moment my hands touch the stone, I forget what’s surrounding me and united with my “self” – this is called the “flow” Captivated by the intensity as a moment, I get into abandon and spontaneous joy.

How does this fit with yoga?

Excellent. of course: two holistic forms of movement in perfect harmony. Drunk from all senses, my body is jearning for relaxation and silence after climbing.

In yoga, relaxation is an important thing too: "out of tranquility comes the energy" as it’s said.

My training in India tought me the integral way of yoga: a traditional method covering all aspects of human personality.

Treat others with respect and compassion, avoid envy and jealousy and be satisfied with the simple things of life. Yoga gives courage to leave such energy- taking patterns and to substitute them by positive mental attitudes.

This awareness changed my life. I turned my passion into a job and now I’m working as an inspired yoga- AND climbing- trainer!!!
